What we collect

Documents you upload — processed in memory to produce your extraction; not used for any other purpose and never used to train models.
Account data — email address, plan, and hashed API keys (we store only a SHA-256 hash, never the key itself).
Usage data — per-key monthly document counts and per-IP daily demo counts, used for metering and abuse prevention.
Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Processing and subprocessors

Documents are processed on Google Cloud (US region). Extraction uses Google's Gemini API under terms that do not permit training on your data. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. Website usage statistics are collected via Google Analytics (see below).

Retention

Uploaded documents are not persisted after your extraction completes. Account and usage records are retained while your key is active. Email us to request deletion of your account data.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data at rest is encrypted by Google Cloud. API keys are stored as one-way hashes.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 on our marketing pages to understand aggregate site usage — page views and clicks on things like pricing buttons and download links. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not send your documents, email address, or API keys to Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors; you can block them with a browser setting or content blocker without affecting the service.

We do not use advertising trackers. The web app stores your API key in your own browser's local storage for convenience; it is never sent anywhere except our API.
